Is it time to stop blaming Daniel Snyder owner of the Washington Redskins?

Washington Redskins fans have had three weeks of disappointment so far. On 106.7 The Fan, almost every other caller seemed to like to lay the majority of the blame on the management of the Washington Redskins. The fans (mainly callers) like to bash Daniel Snyder and Vinny Cerato. With the loss to the Detroit Lions fans are quick to blame Daniel Snyder for almost everything. The fans blame Snyder for hiring coach Jim Zorn, they blame Snyder for going after players who underperform and are overpaid, and well they just like to blame him for everything.

When you lose you have to have a scapegoat. I think its time to layoff Snyder and the Redskins management. Yes management assembled the current roster which is supposedly has so much talent. Snyder does not call the plays, Snyder does not execute the plays, and Snyder does not attempt to run the ball on 4th and 1. Who calls the plays? The coach. Who runs the plays? The players. That is who you should be blaming.

You cant blame an owner for wanting to win, wanting to spend the money on players albeit the jury is still out on the latest free agents signing. All Daniel Snyder wants to do is WIN. Just Win Baby! When Snyder hired Gibbs, there was so much hope and this was the “right choice”. As soon as the Redskins started losing it was back to blaming, Gibbs and his conservative play calling, he was out of touch. Snyder should have hired Jim Fassel, Mike Shanahan, Bill Cowher. It was the same fair weather fans day in and day out. The same fans criticized Snyder for wanting to pursue Mark Sanchez, Sanchez is 3-0 with the New York Jets, what say you?

I will leave you with one final point Washington Redskins fans. Stay loyal. Unless you have $1 Billion dollars it will always be easy for you to criticize the ownership of the Redskins and Daniel Snyder. Any excuse to blame. Next time if you decide to call a sports talk show with the point of blaming Daniel Snyder or Vinny Cerato, thinks twice, that blame has been overused. Think of another topic.

Are we ready to stop blaming the Washington Redskins management yet? Start your points in the comments.
