Stone Cold Lock of Week 6 NFL 2009 2010 Eagles vs Raiders

This is our 5 UNIT Stone Cold Lock of the Week.
There are three games this week where the spreads are 13 or higher. These are really tricky but this matchup seems to be the most favorable. I like the Eagles -14 vs the Raiders.
The Giants beat the Raiders 44-7 last week. The Eagles are playing at the Giants level where they can score at will. With a healthy Donovan McNaab and Brian Westbrook returning slowly, the Eagles can be a top team in the NFC East.
The Raiders show promise in the first game, but they just cant get it together. Raiders opponents have covered in the last three games cover with spreads of 2.5, 9, and 15 points. In each of these losses for the Raiders they have loss by margins of 20+. I don’t see any changes here against the Eagles.
The Eagles have covered in their last two games beating low bottom of the barrel teams by margins of 19+. The Eagles beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by 19 covering on 15.5 and beat the Chiefs by 20, covering on 7.5. Oh, they also beat the Carolina Panthers in Week 2 by 28, covering on 2.5.
Take the Eagles -14. (5 UNITS)
